Community leaders, government representatives and stakeholders from Pinal County recently convened to discuss transit challenges facing SR 347 and Interstate 10, using the technology offered by the ASU Decision Theater Network.According to Manfred Laubichler, the director of ASU's Decision Theater and the School of Complex Adaptive Systems, Decision Theater is "...designed to make knowledge and data available for informed decision making about the challenges that we need to face moving into the future."Decision Theater is the perfect way for decisionmakers to visualize large quantities of data, including traffic trends, road conditions and vehicle collisions, and run simulations to determine effective solutions. Arizona Water for All -- a pillar of the Arizona Water Innovation Initiative -- is focused on reducing water insecurity in the state's most water-insecure households and communities. Daniela Sherrill is a community organizer working with the program lead, Amber Wutich, to build relationships and community connections.
